God's gift of faith that saves us also energizes us to follow Jesus and serve others in love. Following Christ often involves difficulty. In addition to our own uncertainties, fears, and fatigue, people may oppose us or ignore us, and results from our well intentioned-efforts can be, sparse or unpredictable. At times, we may wonder how we can carry on or if serving others is even worth it. If you struggle with such thoughts you're not alone - others such as Moses, Elijah, and the apostle Paul had them too. Thankfully, the Lord hasn't left us in the dark to figure out how to endure.
